Crooked Moon Farm is on commercial hiatus for 2024: We’re taking a “nap year” to do some much-needed maintenance and focus on our various other work. We’re so grateful to everyone who participated in our flower CSA last year, and all the folks who’ve visited us at the Ashfield farmer’s market – we’ll keep you posted about our plans for 2025 and beyond!

We are a small, LGBTQ artist-owned family farm primarily growing flowers and fruit, with an emphasis on sustainability and cultivating native species. We’re committed to restoration, conservation, and supporting our communities through food, art, and social action.

Located in Ashfield, MA, on the ancestral lands of the Pocumtuc, Nipmuc & Schaghticoke people, our 4 acres include several historic farm outbuildings (some 200+ years old) and the house where we all live, as well as a beautiful branch of the South River winding across the field. As the current stewards, we believe in honoring the long history of this land and securing its future by working in connection with nature to re-establish healthy ecosystems that can support local wildlife – including us humans! This means we are pesticide/herbicide-free, low & no-till, and do much of our farm work by hand.
